WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE

Is my unwavering dedication to the issues at the very heart of societal transformation: race, equity, and violence. But I'm not confined to theories and statistics; I've mastered the art of qualitative coding and analysis, akin to a detective unearthing hidden stories and unraveling complex narratives.

I'm not one to hoard my expertise; I'm a seasoned trainer, sharing my knowledge to empower individuals and organizations to instigate genuine change within their spheres.

Beyond the realms of research and training, I'm a driving force behind efforts to enhance community safety. I actively assess funding strategies that prioritize violence reduction, aligning my commitment with my actions to create a brighter world through every facet of my work.

So, if you're looking for a researcher who's not just about data, but also about heart and impact, that's me! Let's make a difference together!
